How do I bleed residual gas pressure from Flatline?

Today I got a AGD Flatline Air system for my Minimag. I have a macro line running from the Flatline regulator to a gas-through foregrip. From the foregrip to the valve I have a stainless steel hose with a quick disconnect. When I turn off the air from the Flatline, there is still a lot of residual gas pressure in the hoses even after a few clearance shots. I found out that if I keep pulling the trigger over and over, I can bleed some more air out but it still doesn't get all of it out. Then I have pull the steel hose off with a liitle bit of air in the hoses still and it shoots air when I disconnect it. I want to know what the best solution is for completely bleeding ALL of the air out so I may safely remove my X-Valve. Right now valve removal is difficult.
