Volicity hole air leak, Co2 Mag

howdy im thinking i know the answer to this one but i wanted to check with other people to verify it

apon airing up my Classic Stock Mag with co2 it leaks air out the hole on the volicity adjuster ,higher i turn it up the more it leaks

this is do to bad (spring Pack?) if thats what its called the set of packing right behind the volictiy adjuster ?
    is my thinking correct?
i have taken it out and repacked white lithium grease on it, it helped but i still have the problem.
any pointer, hints , or just do this and it will fix it help is greatly appreciated

    thanks

    Regulator Piston Assembly

    It's this part here:

It includes a safety that vents when the pressure gets too high.

How far do you have it cranked down? Back it out until it doesn't vent anymore. Then check your velocity. If you're over 300 fps when it vents, then you just checked that the safety works...turn it down and keep it. If you're under 300 fps, get a new assembly.
