04 Bko

I want a B2k but they seem to have gigantic inventory problems and the Bko's are readily availible. Should I just buy a Bko and get the eye later (if needed). Thanks for any info/oppinions

i havent been following bushys lately both should be agood buy but if im correct theres a few diff btw them check that out first them make decision

ok, heres what i have gathered about the antichop eye deal. the board in the 04 BKO is a 9300 board that has the necessary programming and pins for PDS(ICD antichop). ICD will do it for 165$. you can buy the parts yourself at radioshack for a few dollars @ 10$. you need 1 switch, an LED(optional), an emitter, reciever, some wire, solder and shrink tube. the hardest part will be drilling out the body and all the soldering. when i have some time im gonna do this myself. there are tutorials at pbnation and at icd-owners.com.

the only other difference is that the B2K4 has a 4 way solenoid(its not that hard a word to spell people) and the bko has a 2 way. theoretically and mechanically the B2K4 will cycle faster, and probably smoother.

Is the 4-way and different milling worth the extra ~ $200

miling shouldnt be a problem and if im correct a 4-way wil fit so u can upgrade later if u see fit
