Xmag Problem... please help a bumb?

Hey guys... to make things short. I have an xmag... went to agd, had it tuned. Was ripping fine. Was shooting it today, at first it was fine then odd things began. To make a long story short my xmag will not fire. The soleniod activates, there is sufficient air, battery is fully charged. But the rod does not come out. Manual mode will not even function (sometimes does but only when the trigger rod comes out...). I have standard input pressure and the velocity is adjusted probperly... I did not touch this at all in the time that it was working to the time it broke down. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have a tourny this Sunday so if you can help me that will be great! Thanks.

I would pull the on/off assembly and oil it well and then try it again.

If the trigger rod isn't coming out, also check to make sure the bolt is resetting fully.

mobius- the bolt would fully reset after every shot

RRfireblade- I was thinking about that... one thing that I forgot to say though is that when the trigger rod is stuck back like that, the saftey, when activated, cannot fully go in. I assume it is because the sear is in the way. Im hoping its not but is it possible that the reason is because of the sear length or a bent plunger?

Well, if pushing the bolt back doesn't help, then it isn't a carrier issue. Is the tank full of air? Also, try taking the valve apart and putting a drop of oil on the regulator pin. It may be sticking.

It is possible but I wouldn't say likely. E/Xmags really depend on the on/offs ablility to reset.When very new,it sometimes takes a little for it to break in and reset smoothly and reliably. Basically it need lots of cycling and lots of oil.The simple check on the plunger is to pull left grip panel off and with the valve out of the gun,move the plunger through out it's full stroke in and out of the 'niod.It should move very easily and without any resistance.

I did not replace any on/off o-rings seeing as how there were no leaks but I did oil the entire assembly... After I did that I shot it with paint and after about 500 shots it did it again. I tried to push in the saftey and it would not fully go in. I took out the valve, and then the i tried the saftey again and it went in fine without the valve... any ideas?

Also because I wanted to make sure the velocity was not the issue I adjusted that a lot. After airing it two times now I have had air leaking out the left hole of the valve (im assuming its called a vent hole or something) I lowered the velocity untill the leak out the hole stopped... any ideas?

Ok, something new to work on... i just re-aired the gun and pulled the trigger to find that the bolt would stick forward... does this mean level 10 adjustments (add a shim or go up in a size for carrier?... i was thinking shim) It continued to do that... LMK asap

Larger carrier should work for bolt stick. Use the largest one that doesn't leak.

The safelty can't be engaged after a shot if the bolt is sticking forward. The bolt will prevent the sear from resetting so it will be in the way of the safety.

Sorry about that... I dumped a buttload of lube down the powertube. I forgot how sensitive it is. A little stick really screws things up. Its ripping now.
