leak down barrel

ok time and time again ive been breaking in my new xvalve and level 10. seems no matter what i do i have a leak down the barrel very slight but would like to get rid of this. ive tried everything down to smallest carrier. im at the smallest now with 2 shims. if i go step up leak is bigger. no matter how many shims same thing. i have a minimag xvalve level 10 and ule for hyper frame. Any ideas anyone. i have tried other orings and put 2000 shots or more on each and same thing all the way around.

check the all the o-rings and washers to make sure they're in good shape. also, try without any shims - they cause leaks too (my ULE leaks w/ 3 shims, which isn't too far off from yours).
