Mag's w/ cocker barrels

I am waiting for my payment to get to AGD so they can release my new RT ULT custom and I was thinking, I have only one mag type barrel and quite a few cocker barrels. That is great for my new mag but I also have a minimag that I would like to be able to use a cocker barrel on. Now I know that I can go to the ULT style body, but I like my old power feed S.S. body. Has anybody had any chance to see or use Doc Nickel's adaptor. I am wondering if this is the answer to my questions, or a just another extra do-dad to have in you gear bag that you never use.

I personaly have never used one of Doc's adapters on my guns but have seen a few used and they seem to work great. They arent a quick change use for switching between mad and cocker barrels as you need to disamble your gun to install the adapter, but if you only plan to use cocker barrels it should work great

I was thinking about this earlier, Im sort of in the same spot as you. Im going to get a minimag soon, and was woundering about this adapter.
