Barrel leak...with new owner & different HPA tank. Need help.

I sold a classic valve mag without level-X and it worked fine after cleaning, oiling and cycling 30 times to lube everything. I have never had any problems with this marker and made sure everything was in top shape before shipping. New owner says he's using an full, adjustable HPA tank at 800psi, but the bolt sticks and leaks down the barrel. I was running one macro line direct from the tank to the valve. I believe he has set it up using two lines running through the gas-thru foregrip. I told him to check for air blockage and he says there's none. Any ideas?

have him check the frame screw

I had this problem because the frame screw was too tight. Both front and back frame screws need to be screwed snug, but not too tight and try to tighten them to the same strength.
