Please Help - Logo Alignment Problem

Ok my problem is quite simple, my 68 Auto MaG logo does not line up, ive tried straighting it, but the screw will not thread unless it is slightly off. 2nd, when i do line it up pretty close, then get it screwed in , it comes un-alligned slightly. Is this a problem ?

Nope.... It happens. Not a problem. If it is WAY off you could have something wrong with it, but if it is just a bit off, its ok.

its about, at most an 1/2 an inch off, probably around 1/4th though

replace the body o-ring. this will help keep it screwed on better. i used to have a similar problem.

its brand new, just got it yesterday though

If you take the valve out, there is a little grove in the back of the rail. On the reg itself is a little pin which slides in that grove, be sure that it is on there.
