help need with xmag

well my xmag dose not work in e mode .were should i send it to get it fixed? i also whan to get a new parts kit and the rest of the gun looked over.

it would probably help if you told us exactly whats going on in emode. if the solnoid is clicking, but not pulling the sear assembly all the way down, then try charging your battery overnight. also, the solnoid plunger could be bent, which would cause the same thing to happen. if you maybe could give a pick, and a detailed description, then we could probably help you more.

ok then try just giving the battery a good long charge fully overnight. then see if that helps any.

The trigger magnet may need adjusting. Select "Trigger Off" by scrolling through the menu. As you pull the trigger you should get Off...On...Off...etc. If the display doesn't toggle, adjust the trigger magnet.

No AIM.

Use the top button on the back of the grip frame to scroll through the different functions. If you have version 3.2 (maybe others) you'll come to the "Trigger Off" display. I noticed you have serial #21, the older software version may not have this feature.

You can try adjusting the trigger magnet, turn it one direction (a little at a time), pull the trigger and see if the solenoid clicks (with the grip panel off, lift the plunger up). Then try the other direction. Or you can send it to someone (like Tuna). Be sure this someone can upgrade the software to 3.2 (or higher).
