Xmag 2.1 software question

I just got my Xmag and it is the best gun I have ever played with, but there is one thing that is bothering me. With the 2.1 software I believe the shots are limited to 16 bps. When I am walking it, if I go to fast it will start shooting slow, like it cant keep up. On my buddies angel it just blazes away. If I got 3.2 software would I be able to shoot faster, or is there something I may need to adjust-please help

2.1 is limited to 20bps with the eye off, 24 with the eye on.

3.2 will take advantage of any "missed" trigger pulls and smooth out the rhythm.
