Safety Stuck? (hammer>biggerhammer>manual>AO tech forum)

I got my grip frame milled on my emag and now as i reassembled it I got it all working fine except one crucial part.........the safety. I got it in without losing ball or spring (miracle) however when i pushed it to the side it got stuck and now it won't budge one way or the other. Anyone got any ideas. Or should i just go back to the bigger hammer w/ a little more force (hope not ) Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Try to get some lubricant into the area where the ball and spring is. That will help the ball slip up out of the groove that holds the safety from moving.

I don't even have the safety in my emag. It got stuck like that as well. I ended up hammering it out. It broke a tiny piece of the frame as the ball pushed out through the wall of the trigger frame.

lube it up...my safety gets stuck all the time or just take it out, you dont need no stinkin safety

the vast majority of electronic guns dont have safetys. Just turn it off like everyone else does.
