While installing my new ULT into my Emag(running it on a Classic frame) I ran into some problems with it leaking down the barrel. To make a long story short I found that the field strip screw was too tight and causing the sear on/off pin not to reseat and and sear not to hold back the bolt. I adjusted the screw and it started working. I wanted to double check the trigger rod length with some calipers to check for the 1.985in and I found that it was a bit longer, I don't remember how long it was before. So I reset it to 1.985in and loc tighted it, went back home and installed it and gassed up my old Classic valve(all I had was Co2) and found out that the trigger rod wouldn't even extend past the trigger frame(stock frame). So it wouldn't even fire at all.
So what is the next best method that I can use to set my trigger rod to the proper length? Should I measure the gap between the trigger rod and the trigger and set this to a certain measurement? Anybody know what the gap should be?
