RT Reg pin assembly - anyone else have problems with these?

Anyone else every have issues with their RT reg pin assembly? The only 2 issues I've ever had with any of my 5 Airgun valves (2 classic, 1 stainless ReTro, 1 stainless Emag, 1 aluminum X valve) have been 2 separate failures of the reg pin assemblies. The first one went on my original Emag (stainless RT) valve and I just lost one on my current Emag valve which is an aluminum X. I'm pretty sure that the one in the X valve crapped out due to over pressurization from my 45K Flatline that was acting up due to a bad reg seat. It just kinda figures that the only part over $10 bucks (the reg pin assembly costs $27) seems to have crapped out on me twice now.

Anyone else have trouble with these guys?

Not really other than them being too tight and sticking. Lately they seem to be a bit large and almost every X valve I seen was dry and tight. But not had them break or anything.

AGD, where we are so good we can do it with only ONE tube!

Well, I've had my X for a while - and it had at least 8K through it. (Haven't played as much in the last year) The old Emag valve probably had at least 10K when it crapped out. I think it is the orings that went.

Yep, I thought it was the on/off oring - but Rob_AGD said it was the reg piston assy.

Never had a problem with them other than them being dry. I keep Dow33 on mine. The OLD ones that came in the first run of original RTs had brittle belleville springs that would crack.

On occasion. Replaced 1 out of every 15 or so Mags I see. Mostly from separation of the assembly though.
