Is this occuring in Manual mode, Hybrid, or E-mode?

It it's E-mode and you have not had your solenoid wires swapped by AGD that may be your solution

If it's Hybrid mode, hehe that IS Hybrid Mode

If it's Mech mode you will want to take a look at your tolerances on your solenoid, on/off pin and sear. Also if you are using an adjustable tank, turn down the input pressure and see how it performs. If you don't want to deal with that then you have to send it to AGD or some tach who knows this stuff and have them do if for you.

Crank down the field strip screw w/ an allen wrench and see if that clears it up.

If not, make sure you have the black quad o-ring in the on/off assembly.

Check the condition of your sear. Is the tip worn a bit? If it is, then that could be the cause of your problem. Replace it.

You mention mech mode only. I take it you are operating with the electronics totally shut off.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
