X-valve: I have done verything I can think of!!! help!

Okay I have finally finished upgrading my minimag. I have put tons of cash into it and when I finally find someone that would fill nitrogen after I have driven an hour and a half away from my house I put on the nitro tank and....
and...nothing. The on/off pin pushes the trigger pin, but when I pull the trigger nothing happens. I have already gone to the airgun.com site and I have done everything is says to do. The thing I did was turn the velocity up.
It is currently at its max as far as velocity goes. I can't possibly screw it in any more. I would muchly appreciate any help in this matter because as of now I have not been able to shoot my gun even once! Thanks!

In this order:

Turn up the velocity. (I know you said you did)

If nothing still, put on the shortest bolt spring,

If nothing still,be sure the L10 o-ring is well lubed,

If nothing still, go up a size in L10 carrirers (even if it leaks it's ok for a test),

If nothing still, be sure you have ~1/16" gap between the trigger and the trigger rod when fully gased up,

If nothing still, you may need an on/off pin adjustment.Send it to a Tech for that,I suggest you do not mess with that yourself.

If it puts out at least 700 psi then yes.

Unless you got stuck with a bad tank or a bad fill. If the reg on the tank isn't really putting out the average 800psi, then there could be problems. Likewise, if the fill was contaminated. Another possibility is the on/off, and o-rings.

Bounce? Once you have decent pressure going into the marker, everything should start seating properly. 700psi should be ok, but I've seen mags that won't operate unless 800psi was going through. Usually it's based on what was done with the LVL10 bolt, such as springs and shims. I don't think your valve should be doing anything out of the normal. BTW, APG wrote an informative article on upgrading a mag to the RT ULE. May be of some interest....

the cool thing about it stoppin at 800psi is that if u use a backup after u run out of air u can use the tank for a little while with it, thats wut i do
