EMAG milling

Does anyone know how much it takes to make a ule warp body to fit on the rail? How about with the sight rail? Who can do these and some other milling for me? My friend is a michinist but their machine is on the blink and won't be fixed for like 2 months. Any info would help alot. Thanks alot, and oh yeah Mags rule
