Rail slot for pump rod

I just received my pump kit and was wondering if anyone can tell me:

a) does anyone sell pre cut rails
b) what are the dimensions of the rail slot and is the any body modification needed

the body needs a pump slot in it also - silverfox used to do this milling until his shop burned down a few months back
