It leaks out the back, and I caused it.

I just ran a rebuild kit through my retrovalve and now it leaks violently through the back at any velocity setting. What did I screw up?

Most likely the reg pin assembly.Pull it and make sure it's still an intact assembly and check the orings for cuts/abrsions/breaks.As well as both o-rings that make up the reg seat.

Dang I need a diagram, because I don't know what you're talking about.

      Thanks though!

        Arrrg

I even called AGD and they said the reg piston ( the big brass thing) could be blown, because it's like a burst disk, but I know it's not, because I can't blow or see through it.

Either that, or the oring I just replaced was bad. So I replaced the perfect looking oring and cleaned it super good and oiled it and it still does it.

It leaks out the back and the little hole in the top. If I turn the tank off, it slows and stops, and then I can even fire a few shots after that. Bud it leaks hella whenever the tank is on.

Did you try turning down the velocity?

I wonder if your reg seat is bad. That would cause the pressure to go to high and the piston will relieve the pressure out the back and top.

Definitely get a diagram. You could have put it back together wrong. They are available at airgun.com.

I can't see the diagrams on airgun.com. Computer issues I guess. I think that sounds like a start though, because after it stops leaking the shots sound plenty hot.
