electric trigger problems on an Emag

on my emag my electric trigger isnt working i charged the battery and took it apart. i dont know what to do? i dont want to send it in. if any one has an idea that would help that would be great.

the battery is charged that is fine but the when i swith from M to E the little pin that comes out from the trigger dosent come out if you need more information tell me where to look on my gun to make sure it is right.

Weird characters on the screen? Displaying "Lo Batt" on the screen? No cycling?

We need more information than "It doesn't work."
