flatline leaking everywhere!!!

Alright, I purchased my tank (68/3k flatline) used off someone in the forums for $120 and just got a hydro. I went to fill it today and it started leaking from the burst disk, fill nipple, and the on/off switch.

My question is, is it something that can be easily fixed easily or am I better off sending it to AGD to fix; how much would it cost?

burst disk and fill nipple sound like they need teflon, don't know about the on/off though

for the on off, its a big long shaft in there so pull off the on/off lever thing and slide out the big on off pin and you'll want to replace thoughs o-rings.

how do i take the on/off shaft thing out. guys please help! if i fix this, ill keep my mag.
