Help!!! I have a leak

I just got done oiling up. I screwed in the tank, got a few shots off and gas started comming out of the gas relief hole. I tried backing off the reg knob, but all that did was slow down the leak. What did I do wrong??

I should mention that it is the hole across from the gas line inlet (asa?), not the one in the reg. It's stopping the thing from gassing up.

Replace your tank o ring.

the leak is comming from the valve body, right across from the inlet (side vent). I already changed the tank o ring. That popped earlier.

Try the o-ring trick, drop a o-ring in the asa then screw in your tank.

The problem is in the valve, not the asa, as I first thought. I think I may have blown a valve pin o ring or two. I oiled the crap out of them and that seemed to stop most of the leak. I also put in a spare seat o ring. Maybe that helped. I hope I'm on the right track. Thanx for the asa suggestions, guys.
