On/Off problem

howdy folks

this is a request for help, i just got new o-rings for my 68mag. Here is the problem i have an old phase 2 regulator, and the 4 o-rings in the on/off assembly i believe are supposed to stick into eachother the teflon into larger o-ring 2 for top and 2 for bottom, my first question is are these o-rings supposed to be oiled and the second one is if they are how the *&$# do i get the on/off pin to stay in the position it is supposed to be in if i have those teflon o-rings keep slipping out of the polyurothane ones around it

take the on/off out/apart get some oil in there and put it together should be fine
