I want to play tomorrow and...

I'm planing on playing tomorrow with my custom rt pro and I'm still in the process of breaking in the x valve. I know that I have to keep lubing the on/off assembly(I have the stock on/off), and lube the power tube tip o-ring? I put 1 tank thru it(pure energy 68/3000 fixed output 850) and can someone tell me a recommended lvl 10 setup with which spring and number of shims and carrier and so on to keep the "chuffing" to a minimum and all the other symptoms that come with the breaking in of a new valve?

    Thanks
