Does Input pressure affect lvl 10 Tuning and Proformance

I am going to another e-mag here very soon, and I have a question. Does the pressure coming from the tank affect the lvl 10 tuning and proformance, say he has his tuned on an 850psi tank, but my tank only puts out at 750psi, is that going to affect proformance of the lvl 10?

No it shouldn't

Mainly because the regulator regulates the pressure down to 450psi before even getting to the bolt.

it has more to do with the velocity of the gun rather than the psi to the valve
