    emag wireing :(

the screw that touches the inside of the battery pack. that is under the emag rail (the second one back) fell out. this upset me and eventually the wiring stoped working when i just placed the screw back into place. so i opened up my emag took of the rail and the body. and i looked at the wiring. the screw was attached to the power cable. long story short. (i'll go into it if it really matters later) i screwed the stuff back together but now it still doesnt work.

-the led shows what is faintly recognizable as "AGD 1.35" but then flashes to crazy signs and lines. im pretty sure the battery is charged. what could be the problem?

Make sure there is still a plastic bushing around the bolt to prevent the bolt from touching the body. If it is, you are grounding out your battery which would certainly account for the display acting wonky, as well as possibly burning the board!

The only other thing I can think of us that the magnet is too close to the HES but I doubt it considering it was probably working before.

    Hope tihs helps

there is a plastic casing on the screw as well as another o-ring type plastic thingy on the inside of the rail. ummm should these 2 plastic things be connected? or should there be 2 diff peices of plastic. and if it is broken how can i get a replacement peice of little plastic to keep my thing from being grounded. thank you .

        It's a bad connection!!!

Like Cthulu and Durty said, the positive post -er...screw- should be completely isolated from the frame!! Also, check to make sure the wire and the terminal (ring at the end of the wire) is clean and the screw is tight!!! On the E-mag, like a car, the battery negative is connected to the frame of the gun, both connections need to be clean and tight!! Hope this helps!!

i think the screw is isolated from the metal of the frame. i think the wire is clean and i tightened the screw rull hard. i dont konw how to make sure they are isolated...idk what to do. can anyone look at their emag under the rail and tell me what their screw looks like. w/the wire on it. i've only seen it broken and as i fixed it. not how it was.

How you currently have it connected... just on the rail, then we can identify where your problem is.

here are a few pics. this is the rail and how everything looks as hooked up.

these are the parts in the order(left to right) in the order they are put together. the screw, the plastic housing on the screw, the frame, the shim/plastico-ring thingy, the wire, the nut.

                  is that what you wanted?

Ahh, I see your problem, its that Macintosh.. .. Just kidding.. Everything looks correct, it was the little "bushing" style plastic peice I was wondering about.

Back your trigger magnet all the way out (looking at the trigger, turn it cclockwise) and try powering on again.

as i said on pbn youve either fried the charger or fried the battery pack. i personally think its the charger. thats whats wrong with mine.
