Emag LED's need to be replaced...where to get parts?

Well,
Something finally broke in my Emag, it was the danged LED screen. I emailed AGD but I know they are some busy guys. I was hoping I could find the parts my self and replace it. I'm assuming that'd just be a snap in piece. Would I be able to find them in blue? Thanks guys.
