Dwell Jumpers on Warp

OK, I just put in a 12v mod in my warp, and now I want to make the dwell shorter. I know what to do, its just that, uh, how exactly do you pull out the little plastic pieces to change the settings? I've tried my fingers, and a tweesers.

Needle nose pliers may be the trick...
