Only I could have issues putting a mag back together

    Howdy,

Quick question here. I had to tear down my ULT Custom for the first time last week after a local tourny. When I put it back together I noticed right off something wasnt right. The trigger, for whatever reason, stays in the forward position like it's on safety (but its not). I'm 99% sure its the way I put the sear back in but after trying again and again I come out with the same result. So to try and make it a little more clear, the nub of the sear (that the trigger contacts with to fire) will not fall back into the frame even when it has no gas pressure going to it.

Any ideas as to what I could have done and how I might have misplaced my sear ?

    Thanks,

so basically the trigger rod is not showing behind the trigger? If that is the case, I believe you need to take the mag apart again and make sure the trigger rod is behind the trigger and properly placed before putting the marker back together. If this is the problem, that should fix it for you.

I had this exact same problem a few weeks ago when I fully stripped down my mag after a day of play and put it back together, turns out I wasn't careful and put it back together with the trigger rod going above the trigger and not in the slot.

No, sorry if I wasnt clear. The trigger rod does go through the slot, but it STAYS outside the frame and wont "fall back" in like it normally does if its not gased up. Like, normally if there is no pressure going to the trigger the sear will just fall limp, but in this case it stays pressed out like its jammed in wrong. I cant get it to go back to how it originally was.

Lol, sorry, I can tell this isnt being explained well. In all honesty its hard explaining something you dont even understand =P

Perhaps you messed with the on off valve. Check it out.

if your on/off pin was messed with maybe it is stuck and wont let the trigger push it up, so if that is the problum take it apart, take out your on/off, put it back in and lube up your gun!
