    trigger pull on emag

when pulling the trigger in manual mode, the gun is not firing. But when I removed the grip panels and actuated the the sear manually the gun fired. it looks like something is stopping the motion and there seems to be alotta play in the plunger to the solenoid.

maybe the plunger broke free from the sear.

Try making your trigger rod longer. I was having the same problem and AGD told me to do this and it worked.

Yeah, maybe the trigger is bottoming out before the sear is fully engaged. A longer trigger rod would fix this. Take care to not make the rod too long. You may have to adjust the firing and stopping position of the electrical part of the emag after you do this because the rod may make contact with the back of the trigger in emode.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

ya just pull out the sear and grab a pair of plyers and unscrew the sear rod about half a turn and see what it does
