    Micromag and Sear Pin

I just received a used Micromag body. I have little working knowledge of the Micromag. From what I have been able to gather from the forums, I have an older Micromag body.

Here is the problem. I can not figure out how the sear pin is secured. The pin that came with the body simply slides in and out effortlessly. You can imagine what a problem this is. First, I would like to know how the factory sear pins for the older micromags are secured.(I have hear that the newer ones are threaded?) Second, what can I do to fix my problem? Thanks in advance, any information appreciated.

Current production bodies use a threaded sear pin. Older style bodies depend on the grip frame milling to block in the sear so it can't come out of the body.

Typically a little dab of silcone adhesive or caulk on one end of the pin will hold it in sufficiently.
