Do I go up or down a carrier if it leaks out of the barrel? And sometimes the leak stops/comes back depending on how far I turn the field strip screw in.

I dunno much about these things, but you may wanna go down (smaller) carrier. Also make sure that you dont have too many shimms in there after the carrier. Also check the o-ring to make sure its not worn out or anything like that. It took me a while to get my L10 working right...once i did it seems to be ok...but now i'm outta air to finish....uh....

Air it up. Push your finger up against the bolt.
If it stops leaking, remove a shim.
If it changes tone, go DOWN a 1/2 size. (i.e. 1.5 to a 1)Comment
