    On/Off Leak

When I gas up my marker, I hear a hiss. It is a classic valve. I believe the cause of this is the on/off assembly. When I gas up the marker, the pin gets pushed out of the assembly about 1/8". When this happens it is a constant leak, and I cannot remove the valve from the body without removing the trigger frame and pushing the valve back in.

What can I do to fix this problem?
Yes, my Mag is made of steel.

Check the conditions of the O-rings for the on/off (replace if warn) and add a couple of drops of oil to the assembly.

If you are pulling & holding the trigger, the leak isn't in the on/off.

Replace the orings in the powertube.

I replaced the powertube o-rigns, lubed it and it still leaks ... i`ve never seen that before, looks like the pin of the on/off is jamed ... when i turn on the pressure it leaks if i hold the trigger it dosen`t , the on/off is in perfect condition , any ideas ? i might buy an X-valve but if the problems comes from the on/off im losing 225$ instead of 30$ ... this automag RT pro is my 1st gun so im a total newb but i know how it works ... help ?

Are u guys running regs? or like a low pressure out-put nitro tank? Also check o-rings on on/off assembly.

Check out Havoc's Website. Maybe his "Classic & RT" section can help. If not, have on one of the AGD tech's check it out. Its easier to debug a problem with the marker and spare parts at hand.
