I just got an Automag, and everything is awesome, except about every 7 or 8 shots it shot 2 balls. I don't really know the source of the problem, please help.

Ummm, what kind of automag? Can you be more specific? What kind of barrel thread, twistlock or autocker? What kind of body, Ule or Steel?
What kind of valve? Level 10 installed?AGD - We haven't chopped a ball in years, but nobody believes us...

Replace the ball detents on the barrel and you should be good to go. They are either little plastic pieces or a piece of wire that is held in by the barrel o-rings.

Get the plastic ones... they work better then the wire. wire is crappy and bends, while the plastic is heavy duty and praticly NEVER breaks.
