    This Sucks......

Today there was a knock at the front door, the UPS guy handed me the box, opened her up to find my first Mag! I couldnt wait to go test her out so I grabbed my gun and tank....but wait....I couldnt find a barrel, bottom line, or bottle adapter. Called up Actionvillage.com and told them, after a small wait they told me that it was AGDs fault and I would have to call them in the morning to see what happened! Now I have to wait and talk to AGD, and play a Cat and Mouse game instead of a Paintball game this weekend Has anyone ever had this happen before? Im sure AGD will work things out, im just pissed that I have to wait to try out this awesome gun! Thanks

Did u happen to get a Classic 68 mag? Id u did they come with nothing on them... they come like that cause every1 customizes them anyways and costs less w/o anything on them. U have to get automag barrel, Mag VA, and any 2 hole(except spyder) drop will fit it.

The gun was a closeout and said "This Classic Mag comes complete with Barrel and Bottomline kit". And the guy from pbgear.com told me that it was a mistake and the parts were left out. And I do plan on upgrading the gun shortly

Um.. I'm pretty sure that its Actionvillage's fault and not AGD's.
They shipped you the wrong gun.
Looks like they mixed up this with this
        or something like that..

If Action Village sent you a basic classic mag instead of a complete package, then the problem lies with Action Village, not AGD. AGD ships classic mags without any peripherals. Action Village then adds the extras to make up a completed package.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Yeah, actionvillage adds all those components, not AGD...

Yeah, its completely Action Villages fault. Personally I have never had any problems with them, but from what I've heard of other people, AV must really be bad.

I can't believe that they would actually pin that problem on AGD...

Might just be the guy you talked to being an ***. It is their fault. As long as you have the documentation stating what you paid for, they should make it right

HAHA, I had to call AGD just so that I could tell Action Village, and the very polite customer service agent at AGD told me that it was all Action Villages fault....Duh. So I called AV and after a 15min wait that said, "Ok heres the deal, the ad was wrong and we shouldnt have sold the gun with the barrel and bottom line kit....but since its our mistake we will send you the parts free" Hell yea, im not mad anymore, since after all the guy from AGD told me that at that sale price its cheaper then Distributor Price! Thanks for the back up guys

Well, I'm glad you got it worked out that easily. I have heard some pretty bad stories about actionvillage.
                        Enjoy your new mag!
