hey i wanted to know if i could get 4500 psi out of a scuba or a large oxygen tank or i would have to buy a compressor ?

Scuba tanks are only 3000psi, and they drop off pretty drastically after the first few fills. Pure oxygen fed into a gun is a death wish, the oxygen will pretty much ignite after it comes into contact with the oil IIRC.
Compressors that fill that much are like $5000.
