my on/off asa is shredding my tank's orings, What do i do to stop this?

What I noticed would happen when my screw in tank would chop an oring is that you don't screw the tank all the way out, then screw it back in again...Hey Zero, how much did that Chipley cost ya?

Shoot while you are unscrewing. Oil up the threads. They both help alot. Or never change orings again and get an on/off ASA.
