    RTP help - not firing

Okay, I'm sure this is a simple problem to fix, but I'm clueless. I just ordered an RT ULe Custom with a ULE trigger. It came in last week. Its been sitting around while I've been waiting for my SCUBA tank to come in - no place to fill HPA in this town. So anyway, I finally got to gas it up, screwed in the tank, and nothing. No leaking, and the trigger is dead, just as if it had no gas at all. Yes, I did take it off safety. Anyway, I'm sure I'm just going to have to take it apart and oil somthing, I just don't know where to start. Thanks a lot guys, you're my heros

No, I haven't. Is it normal to have to turn up the velocity after its been set up and fired at the factory before they shipped it? Also, where is the velocity adjustment? thanks again

Is there a little pin sticking out of the trigger frame at all when you gassed it up?

If that doesnt work....there is the line running all the way up to your valve....take it of then drop about three drops in that elbow sticking out of the valve then connect it back....gas it up make sure you havev the tank all the way in too

If you mean the pin behind the trigger, yes. Well, it sticks out when I point the gun down, when I point up it slides back. No pressure behind it at all.

I apologize if its been covered before. I searched the last 3 or 4 pages in the forums, and the search function hates me. I'm sure the thing you say second most in the forum is where abouts I can find the on/off pin so I can lube it I'm sure you've mentioned it before, or someone has, but I didn't find it in my searching.

Thanks again for your help guys

Make sure your barrel is off when you do that, because if it fires after putting oil in the line you don't want that oil getting in your barrel as it works it's way through the valve. Dry fire it about 20 times w/o the barrel on to work the oil through.

Is there a quick disconnect on the line? If there is you can just put the oil in there. But lube your on/off separately, chances are the oil you put in the line won't be enough to lube the on/off pin on it's own. If there isn't a quick disconnect put the oil in the hole on the ASA.

No quick disconnect, just the standarded braided hose. I did put a few drops into the asa when I tried gassing up the first time. I forgot to mention I had a screw in tank. Also, where is the on/off pin, and how do I get to it to oil it? Thank you again

Loosen the field strip screw and take the valve out, look on the underside, see that little squareish brass piece? Take that out, unscrew the on/off assembly and take the little pin out and lube the heck out of it. Here's a diagram to help: http://www.airgun.com/downloads/retroexploded1.pdf
