need a ULT on-off pin support

well i lost my support on-off pin i went to AGD site i can't find it to order i was also wandering what do the ULT customs supposed to come with i didn't get a break down manual, i thought u were supposed to get a video to or am i wrong anyway i need a on-off support pin for a ult i need your help so i can get it going
