    Getting a Flatline, I have a question

I just worked out a deal for a 68/3k Flatline tank and I have a question about it.

It was just hydro'd in May, but i'm a little concerned whether or not the testing place put the reg on properly to the proper torque, since from what I understand the tank needs to be torqued on to a specific ft lbs. For the people that have had flatlines tested before, does the testing facility torque the reg back on correctly after the testing?

They should torque it back right, but it depends on who is doing it and where you go. It dosn't have to exact. Trust me, you'd notice if the bottle was unscrewing from the reg. and flatlines arn't screw-in's so there shouldn't be any twisting of the bottle anyway.
