o ring ?? on xvalve/evalve swap

OK just got a emag from a fellow AO'er, I replaced the PF emag body and evalve w/ule body and x valve, I know u have to use the on/off pin from the evalve in the xvalve due to the longer length. I have to use the quad o ring on the end of the on/off which I have done, will I need to place a second o ring in the bottom of the on/off or is the quad ring on the end of the pin. This gun is acting up. I have looked at all the exploded diagrams I could find and have searched under AO threads for fixes but the gun is still acting up. In mech mode I can shoot fine but my shot counter is counting shoots I take on mech mode? I thought it only counted shots on e mode. Also when I switch over to the emode I will get 3 to 4 solid shots then nothing. I dont have the magnet in the trigger to close to the hall cause Im getting a readout on the lcd, maybe to far away? I have looked over all the wiring the board looks ok I dont see any loose conections or damaged wires so I am at a loss for what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

There is another o-ring in the bottom. The quad o-ring actually sits inside of it.

cool thanks man thats what I thought. I think some of my problems Im still having is due to adjusting the trigger correctly
