my emag is giving me a headache

Ok so I got a used emag online, swaped out the stock body and evalve for x valve and ule body. I have read just about everypost relating to emag trigger adjustments, battery charging, etc etc....1st night just threw in the xvalve went to my local shop for air, forgot to swap out my ULT in my xvalve, in both mech and emode the gun would fire but the sear rod wouldnt always come forward a slap on the side of the gun brought it forward..no biggie I thought I will change on/off assemblies when I get home. Swaped out emag on/off with ULT put in quad o-ring and 2nd o-ring in on/off..now gun refuses to fire in mech or emode. Checked on off pin lenghts emag pin is a tad longer...lubed the holy hell out of on/off still no shots...need more air. Charge freaking battery in car at work today for 8 HOURS!!!! charger light is on and battery becomes warm, still getting low battery on display...have 3K of air in tank still no dice in either mode!!! WTF!!!! Before u ask I have the saftey off, trigger magnet is not to close to hall sensor cause Im getting AGD 3.2 and can cycle thru menu. Turned up velocity dont know what else to do.....How much does Tuna charge for tech work cause Im out of ideas...you guys have any?

Are you sure your level 10 bolt is adjusted properly?

I just sent my E-Mag to Tuna for a tune-up and software upgrade. Cost me $35 + $15 shipping.

Did you use lube or oil on the on/off? Lube is to thick, try using KC Trouble free, pmi oil, gold cup, etc.

yep lvl10 is tuned properly was using the xvalve on my mech mag set up prior to getting the emag, also used AGD AutoLube which I have read is a good lube to use. Thanks guys for the replys but I sent Tuna an email if he doesnt want to look at it my next step is to send it in to AGD cause I dont have the time or patience to mess with this bloody thing!! LOL

try redoing the lvl 10 i know that with the ult it is a balance between the two to get them to work maybe that is what is causing the problem also does the gun work at all im mech mode if not then its gotta be lvl 10 or you missed somthing..ps tuna will do it hes a great guy!!
