    different on/off pin length???

OK just got a used emag a couple weeks ago. I already had a xvalve and ule body so I traded up the older e valve and powerfeed body. I read on AO that the e valve on/off assembly had to be used in the x valve due to a longer on/off pin. So after switching the on/off I started having nothing but problems. The on/off pin sticking(have to take the body of the rail to get to the valve to slide out) missed shots, not having the sear pin come forward etc.. After a week of frustration(BTW the kid who traded my his emag sent my a bum charger!!! AGD enjoy my $80 LOL) not getting to fire in emode and problems in mech mode, I switched back to my stock x valve on/off. Now the gun shoots great in mech mode!!! WTF?? no more sear pin not coming forward, nice feeling got a little reactivity all in all shoots great for a mech gun. I even threw my ULT in the e mag and with the proper adjustmnts it shot pretty well, a little chuff chuff. What gives I thought you HAD to use the e valve on/off, Is my emag special?? or just retarded? BTW except the x valve and ule body the e mag is stock, 3.2 software no ace standard rail. Im confused.
3.2 e mag ULE body and rail. Oh yeah I gots the X inside!!!

You missed the sticky posted at the top...

That sticky doesn't answer his question. I have the same problem right now. I have an emag with a new xvalve and I am using the on/off assembly from my old emag valve. When I air up, the sear pin doesn't come forward (disabling mechanical mode) while e-mode and hybrid work fine. Then as I get ready to take the valve out (after releasing all pressure from the gun) the on/off pin sticks out and does not allow me to take the valve out. I'm trying to figure this out as I write this, but so far I've had little luck.

If these are older Emag valves(serial #'s below 1000) you guys are swapping it would have the wrong pin. Older valves used the .728 pin. You may need a .712. Make sure you have the brass on/off top.

my emag is having the same problem. i already had an xvalve then when i got the emag lowers and changed out the on/off pin i had nothing but problems. the trigger will not be pushed forward in mech mode and electroni mode just wont work. it goes automatic when i gas up. the valve worked perfect in my mech mag. Does anybody kno how to fix this?

Just put the gun in mech mode and pull the trigger (with air off) this should put the on off pin back in place.

The problem is slightly more complicated than that, but have no fear c_bass, I will have Tunaman take at look my emag to see if he can figure out what the cause of our problem is.
