Hey, I just got a warpfeed used and am having troubles with it. It has the 12v mod and on/off. No matter where I put the jumpers when I turn it on it spins and won't stop until I turn it off. I am trying to hook it to a WAS board. I plugged the cable into the WAS board and then into the Warp. Where should my jumper(s) be? Also, I don't understand the dwell jumpers, how many and where should they be? Thanks in advance for the help.

I was thining maybe I need a capacitor to cut down the elctrical noise to it, but shouldn't that only matter if it's on the vibration sensor? Can you get capacitors at Radio Shack? Anyother thoughts? How should I put my jumpers on the dwell side? Thanks for the help.

Like he said, try lowering the sensitivity of the vib. sensor. If that doesnt do it, your right you do need a cap.
Goto Radio Shack and get a 100uf cap, lift the board cover and install it where the battery leads end up. The longer prong will solder onto the ground side. Let us know how it turns out.

Thanks for the replies. I have turned the sensitivity both all the way up and down, it didn't seem to do anything. I'll go to Radioshack on Monday and buy the cap and let you know what happens. Again, thanks for the quick replies, I appreciate it.

Now this is weird. I switched the jumpers all around and to no avail, then I switched back to the way I had it and messed around with the vibration sensor control thing, NOW IT WORKS! Now I just need to figure out why it won't work with the inteelifeed cable from the WAS board. Any ideas why the cable for WAS to Warp isn't working? I tried it both on the middle and top jumper and nothing. It can't be plugged into the wrong place on the board because there is only one place to plug it in. Do you need the cable to link it to the computer to adjust things to use it or what? I thought you could just plug it in and it would work. Any help on that would be appreciated. Thanks.
