    Oh God I Need Help!!

I just put my 'mag together....

    PTP Micro Emag Body
    PTP Micro Emag Valve
    AGD AM/MM Sear
    AGD CF Frame
    HP PMI Tank

I also have a spacer that was on it when I had the emag lowers, do I need to use that?

It only went full auto and then leaked air down the barrel. WHen I turned up the pressure, it would fire twice per pull. It worked fine in manual mode when it was an Emag. Could it be the trigger rod length?

more than likely is it the on-off pin length. the emag uses a .712" pin, the micro mag uses a .750" change that and the over-reactive shooting should go away.

you can wait and see if anybody else has any other suggestions, but I would say, yes.

I picked up a .765 on/off pin today, but it won't work still. Now, it just fires one shot, and then it stops. I can pull the trigger, but it just doesnt do anything. Is that because of the pin?

Get a .750 or file down the .765 to .750 I have done it with good results.
I have a nickle micro emag body with an x valve and intellyframe.

also, are you sure the LX is not sticking? if it is firing once, but not again, it almost sounds like it is sticking.

I tried shaving down the pin, but I shaved it too short. I called AGD before the operation and I was told to keep doing that until it was shooting fine. I wasn't able to get rid of the shootdown in rapid fire. It's not the valve that's the problem, it's gotta be either the pin or the sear.

The bolt isn't sticking, and I don't have LX.

The micro emag pin is really short. It is about .675". The standard micromag pin is a little longer but still shorter than standard mag pins. I have used a standard valve in a micromag body with no pin modifications and it worked fine. Check the grip frame position and trigger rod length.

Make sure the automag sear is not worn on the tip.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
