It should be pretty easy once you get used to it. On the valve there should be a little set screw or a bump. That little bump lines up with the zlock on the rail. You'll have to align it with the path of the zlock, push it in some, twist a little and push it in a little further. Then the quick strip bolt slides into the rail from the bottom and into the valve. Maybe you should make sure the quick strip bolt threads into the valve properly. You'll need to align the hole in the valve to the quick strip pin, once you've done it one or twice it'll be a lot easier.
