Scratches on mainbody

Theres a small trail of light scratches most likely from the machining of the gun, is there any product that can take or buff these out? If not ill just cover them up with a sticker. Thanks in advance!

Not polished, just regular stock grey body.

Any attempt at polishing out the scratches will result in the grey blasted finish being smoothed out and polished as well. In other words, you'd have to polish the entire body, and it would then look just like the factory polished bodies.
