    Solonoid Issue

What would cause the solonoid to get hot? I sent my X-mag in for repair last week, however I am a bit curious as to what would be the cause. I tried using it the Sunday before at a tournament, but E mode never worked. Yes, my battery was fully charged and so was the one I switched to later on thinking it was a battery issue.

    Thanks for looking.

Take a look at the black transistor at the top of the board and see if anything looks odd about it. I *think* I read before that that controls the voltage going to the noid.
