    Sticking trigger and double firing

Can someone please help me get my 'Mag running again? It seems that once every dozen shots or so the trigger will not return (on off sticking?) and trigger pull is also inconsistant and will sometimes shoot twice with each pull! I have replaced all o-rings at least three times and this still happens. Sear looks OK, Bolt is also good. Power tube spacer is .220. Original was .230, neither makes any difference. Any ideas? Thanks!

I would check if the on/off slides really easy in the o-rings and (shoot me) it might be the trigger rod length is not allowing the on/off to be completely pressed in or let out. You can search on the rod length in this forum but unless you have something to measure really close there should be about 3 playing cards between the end of the rod and the trigger when it is gassed up. This play has to be there for it to work right. Also input pressure should be around 800 psi if it is a variable tank on a non-rt mag. if it is too low it will not regas up right. I hope this helps I am sure you will get other suggestions also. Good luck this is the only really touchy thing I have found on mags.
