Whats the best way to truely tighten it? Ive tightened it about as much as I can with my hands and it just doesnt seem all that secure.

Im sure this would work although ive never tried it but put a strap wrench on it and tighten it down. Seems like it would work pretty good to me. -
The strap wrench worried me because:
1: if you do it without the collar in place you can distort the "fingers"
2: if you do it with the collar in place you can overtorque the collar, and it's a REAL PAIN to get off. (I almost ended up damaging mine after doing just that)
I used a drop of blue locktite. I figure I won't take it off til it's replaced anyway (if ever), so I don't mind damaging it while removing it...Brian Lojeck, [email protected]

NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooo!!! Wrenches and loctite are not the answer!!!! All it needs to do is to hold the hopper securely in place!!! Hand tighten the collar, hold on to your hopper, and try to shake the hopper off of the gun, if it stays in place, it is perfectly scure!!! On Rogue ar any clamping feedneck HAND THIGHTEN ONLY !!!!E-Mag's on a diet
Stay tuned for Pics!!!

I hand-tighten the collar around the loader, of course.
the drop of locktite is on the body/neck junction.Brian Lojeck, [email protected]
