Shorn Lvl10 Power Tube Tip <pics>

I am trying to figure out how this happened. The valve failed about a week ago, and I put the gun back in its case because I didnt have time to investigate. Turns out the the Lvl10 powertube tip cracked in half! Odd...its really too bad, because tomorrow my friend is going to have to play with my M98 Custom instead of my extra mag.

It's the scond one I've seen!!! I think the hex head on the tip is what throwing people off!! People put a wrench on the tip and overtighten the life out of it, that is why you didn't see this happening with the level7 tips, it's hard to overtighten something with a nickel!! Either that or a weak are in the brass!!!

Wow, I just hand tighten it with my fingers, and it works fine. When I put my lvl 10 in my lvl 7 tip was so tight I had to use a wrench, I mean REALLY tight.

This just happened to me in the middle of a tournament today. I have not touched the L10 since I bought my X-mag. I don't think that it was over tightened since Havoc tunned this marker...must be the brass quality. If anyone has discovered the cause (besides overtightened)
              please let me know

P.S. Thank god I brought my ULT mech mag. Switched to that and kept rockin.
who cares how your marker looks...just move fast and shoot straight

Could it be a bumper issue? Seems like someone had this problem earlier and they weren't using a bumper.
